We are pleased to announce that we are offering an additional opportunity for Vendors at our Cinco De Mayo Celebration Fundraiser.   Vendors may now select to attend and share their merchandise or info with our patrons at a cost of $100.

This option does not include any additional advertising or promotions.  Preferred location options or raffle item donation discounts cannot be used with this Vendor price option.

Our confirmed attendance is now over 100 patrons so this is a great opportunity!   Act now to support New Life Vision! 

New Life Vision, formerly Center For Spiritual Living Southern Nevada, is a spiritual community that gathers at Red Rock Pointe Retirement Community.

We are dedicated to love and acceptance, uplifting each other with positive affirmations, soulful reflections and guidance through the teaching of powerful principles for personal growth and global transformation; honoring all paths to God.

New Life Vision is a community for the community. Your support for our Cinco De Mayo Celebration will help fund spiritual educational scholarships, feed families in our community, and clothe women and children experiencing domestic violence, and fund future activities.

New Life Vision is a 501c3 (EIN 45-2479174) so donations from our Sponsors, Vendors, and Raffle Donors are tax deductible.

Our Application Process:
1.  All sponsors, vendors, and raffle donors are required to submit an application. (This form)

2.  Your application will be reviewed by NLV's Fundraiser staff within 3 business days.
3.  Acceptance of your application will be sent via email along with a payment link.   We will also make arrangements to pick up raffle donor prizes as needed.
4.  After payment is received and/or your raffle prize donation, you will receive an email Confirmation of Donation.
5.  If your package includes complimentary event tickets, our Fundraiser staff will take care of submitting for them, and providing you a ticket confirmation via email to share with your attendees.  Attendees will need to present a copy of that email for admission.

Sponsors:

In addition to our Sponsor Packages, we also offer custom sponsorship proposals to meet smaller budgets.   Call us to get information or share your inspiration. 

Vendors and Vendor Booths:
All event activities other than the theater performance will take place in a main corridor accessible directly from the lobby.   Food and beverage services will be set up in a lounge area.  All other vendor locations will be in the lobby and along a main corridor on each side of the lobby with tables against the wall.  Electricity is available.

Vendor locations will be assigned by New Life Vision's Fundraiser Team.  Sponsors -and Vendors who have paid the premium location donation fee - will be given priority for locations in or closest to the lobby.

Vendor Merchandise: 
Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales unless otherwise specified by the NLV Fundraiser Team.  Vendors will retain all proceeds from sale of their merchandise unless otherwise specified by the NLV Fundraiser Team. 



Raffle Donors:
On event day, our Pick-A-Prize Raffle will be open for ticket submission from 2pm through the end of intermission.   A list of prize winners will be posted after intermission, and winners will be able to collect their prizes immediately following the show.

Promotions:
The content provided by Sponsors, Vendors, and Raffle Donors in this application will be used to promote NLV's Cinco De Mayo Celebration via printed promotional materials, posts to social media, email promotions, and press releases.
